IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
March 19th, 2020: Given the current situation we have decided to postpone the MasterPeace Walk Georgia 2020. We will inform you of the new date as soon as more is known about the impact of the corona virus. For now, stay safe and take care of your loved ones – MasterPeace
A 6 days PEACE WALK in the beautiful Adjara area in Georgia, which is blessed with natural beauty, unique topography, and heart-warming colorful people.
“Georgia is famous for its hospitality and generosity. Georgian wisdom says, “a guest is the God-sent”, thus, MasterPeace Georgia and our friendly team invites you on the first-ever MasterPeace Georgia Walk, which will take place in the mountainous Adjara region.” –Giorgi Azariashvili Clubleader MasterPeace Georgia
In 2020 our MasterPeace Club Georgia will host the 1st edition of the MasterPeace Walk in Georgia. A group of 20 westerners together with 20 local Georgians will walk for 6 days in the beautiful nature of the Adjara area near to the Caucasus mountain range.
In this unique experience, participants will learn from nature and culture and gain new insights into their personal leadership. We thank Giorgi Azariashvili and his team for making this happen in cooperation with our Dutch facilitators Marcella Bos and Mark Stienen.
The MasterPeace Foundation highly values the MasterPeace Walk as it builds bridges between cultures, adds value to the local community and helps to build a strong MasterPeace network. Not to mention the personal impact for each and every participant and all the local Georgian people involved. Here you can find a video impression for the MasterPeace Walk in Nepal 2018. Here for Kenya in 2014. From 2014 onwards MasterPeace was involved in 4 Walks in Kenya/Masai land and 3 Walks in Nepal.
“If you want to learn about yourself, about leadership, about connecting multi-cultural in a way that is life-changing, go for a Masterpeace walk!” – Christl Fillie
“Do you want to learn from yourself in another culture in a really short time, being among others without the feeling that you have to do something, with stunning views, in nature, being actively experiencing the surroundings? Then join the next MPW in Nepal, just like I did. I have learned a lot and I liked being away from my daily routine without thinking about it for a second. It is amazing. It’s a big present from yourself, for yourself. Just do it. I am really thankful for this wonderful experience!” – Heidi Los
“Een prachtige ervaring die me als mens heeft doen groeien. Dank daarvoor! A wonderful experience, it brought me personal growth. Thank you for that!” -Kira Noomen
“Just back from Nepal where I’ve experienced a life changing trip. The program of MasterPeace is the best leadership, personal development, intercultural program I’ve ever experienced in my entire life…. I’ve gone home richer, stronger, more peaceful and equipped with very powerful tools to be daily the best version of myself personally and in business environment. I’m truly grateful for the process and my friend who tagged me on the project months ago. This was without a doubt the trip of my life.” – Celine Lustig
“It was really nice to experience in real life the goals of MasterPeace; Music above Fighting; Dialogue above Judgement; Bread above Bombs; and Creation above Destruction. Walking and talking really works on these four goals.” – Frank van Vliet
When we created the Global Heartbeat campaign, we wanted to send a message to the world with a gesture that represented everyone's voice for "Hope, Peace, and Togetherness." This heartbeat action has a powerful impact, and it continued in the World CSR Day program in Mumbai, India.
On behalf of the 60 MasterPeace clubs, the licensed NGOs in 45 countries, we were awarded with the NGO Leadership price by the team of Dr. Bhatia of the

This is a great symbolic award that shows appreciation for the tough and complex work all the team is doing. In 2022 400+ projects to engage, connect and empower 200.000 + youngsters!
The urgency has never been so high as war is back in Europe; the social divide growing and climate change putting pressure on our societies and business models.
Ca 1.000 participants discussed the need of co creation between the three key stakeholders; Government, Business and Civil Society. I invited to audience representing these three t stand up and do the “heart beat clapping” we introduced during the International Day of Peace last year. A heart beat that is a unifying clapping tat resonates to all, that symbolizes that everyone can do his clap and you can feel an hear that together we are stronger India is unique in many aspects. One of the aspects that triggered me is that in 2014 the government introduced a law that companies must allocate 2 % of their net income to CSR. My impression is that this is more and more successful and more taken serious than the first years where greenwashing was more the game to play. Many companies with renewable concepts ready for scaling. The Asian region deeply understands the current and future impact of climate; more than 60 glaciers are melting in the Himalaya mountains with 4 billion people living in the deltas. The heat and draughts in summertime (> 50 degrees Celsius) are followed by devastating flooding like in Pakistan only 7 months ago and 8 million people homeless and on the run. Climate change will have human faces!
The need to work on climate is clear. I am afraid we can yet even not imagine which pressure this will put on their societies. Societies like India where they have many billionaires and at the same time 400 million people without access to clean water. A immense country in search for a sustainable future for all.
As MasterPeace we are drops on a boiling plate. Every drop matters! Every changemaker is a role model in his or #leadership her locality.
A deep bow to all MasterPeace who deserve this appreciation!

Inmiddels zijn de voorbereidingen in volle gang en start de eerste workshop op 20 maart. Via het instagram account van DURF! lees je meer over de workshops en vind je alle informatie over dit toffe project.
